Primary text

If a third party presents clear evidence that the slave (object of sale) was usurped from them, the sale is immediately nullified. The buyer reverts to the seller for the return of the purchase price. This ruling applies regardless of whether the seller admits or denies the claim, provided valid evidence is established by the claimant.
