What happens if the slave returns to the seller through nullification or other means after a disputed sale?

If the slave returns to the seller via nullification or any other manner, the seller is obligated to return the slave to the original claimant (the one who proved usurpation), and the seller may reclaim what they paid to the buyer (the purchase price).
