What is the liability of the usurper if the value of garments depreciates after the garment was partially worn out?

Primary text
If the garment's value depreciates after the initial damage, the usurper is only liable for the value lost at the time of the depreciation. If the original value was ten, and it depreciated to five, and then the price of garments falls so the garment is now worth three, the usurper must still return the garment and pay compensation of five, as the liability for the damage was fixed at five.
