What is the rent liability if the usurper builds using the original materials of the destroyed house or the soil of the land?
General Chapter

Book of Usurpation
Primary text
If the usurper builds using the original materials of the destroyed house, or its soil, or materials belonging to the original owner, he owes the rent for the land as vacant ground from the time of demolition until the rebuilding, and the rent for the house for the period before that and after the rebuilding, because the building belongs to the owner. The ruling regarding the demolition of the structure the usurper built is the same as if he had usurped the land vacant and then built upon it.
