What is the ruling concerning an illegally seized piece of wood placed inside a house which can only be removed by demolishing the door frame?

If a piece of wood is brought into a house and the door frame must be demolished for its removal, the door frame must be demolished, and the wood returned. If breaking the wood causes less harm than demolishing the door, it must be broken. If breaking the wood causes greater harm, the door must be demolished.
