What is the ruling when a house containing large storage jars (*khawābī*), cabinets, or an animal is sold, and these items cannot be removed without demolishing the door or dismantling the item/animal?

Primary text
If demolishing the door frame causes less harm than leaving the item/animal in the house or dismantling/slaughtering the animal, then the door must be demolished, and the repair cost falls upon the seller. This action is taken to reclaim the seller's property. If demolishing the door causes greater harm, it is not to be demolished, as it yields no benefit. In such a case, the buyer and seller must agree on a resolution, such as the buyer purchasing the item/animal left behind.
