Primary text

If the animal or wood entered the house due to aggression by its owner, such as a usurper bringing a suckling animal into a house he usurped, or if one commits an aggression against a person and brings a horse into his house, the wood must be broken, and the animal slaughtered, even if this causes more damage than demolishing the structure. This is because the cause of this damage is the aggression of the item's owner, so the consequence is placed upon him rather than others.
