What is the ruling when the seller provides evidence supporting the claimant's proof of usurpation?

Primary text
If the seller provides evidence to support the claim of usurpation when the seller himself was the one who made the initial admission, the evidence is examined: If the seller stated at the time of sale, 'I sold you this slave of mine or this property of mine,' the evidence is not accepted because it contradicts the seller's prior statement. If the seller did not make such a specific statement, the evidence is accepted, as one might sell their own property or property belonging to another.
