What is the ruling on usurping wine from a Muslim?

If wine is usurped from a Muslim, returning it is not obligatory; rather, it must be poured out. This is based on the report that Abu Talhah asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about orphans who inherited wine, and the Prophet commanded him to pour it out.
