Is the usurper liable for compensation if usurped wine is destroyed or perishes in their possession?

Primary text
If the usurper destroys the wine or if it perishes while in their possession, they are not liable to guarantee its value. This is because Ibn Abbas narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said, 'Indeed, when Allah prohibits something, He prohibits its price.' Furthermore, that which its benefit is prohibited from being utilized carries no liability for its value upon destruction, similar to carrion (maytah) and blood.
