General Chapter

Book of Usurpation
Primary text
The usurper who seizes a dog that is lawful to keep must return it because it is permissible to benefit from and keep it, resembling money (property). If the usurper damages the dog, he is not liable for its value. If he confines it for a period, he does not owe any rent because it is not permissible to rent such an animal.
