Validity of testimony regarding the date of an act of usurpation (Ghasb)

If two witnesses testify regarding an act of usurpation, and one testifies it occurred on Thursday while the other testifies it occurred on Friday, the testimony is not established, and the claimant may take an oath along with one of the witnesses.
