Is fulfilling a vow to perform the ritual visit (Itiyan) and prayer in Al-Masjid al-Aqsa fulfilled by praying in Al-Madinah Mosque?

If one vows to perform the ritual visit and prayer in Al-Masjid al-Aqsa, fulfilling the prayer in Al-Masjid al-Aqsa or in the Prophet's Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi) in Al-Madinah suffices, as the latter is considered superior in virtue.
