Is fulfilling a vow to perform the ritual visit and prayer in the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Madinah Mosque) fulfilled by performing it in Al-Masjid al-Aqsa?

If one vows to perform the ritual visit and prayer in the Prophet's Mosque in Al-Madinah, it is not permissible to fulfill this vow by performing it in Al-Masjid al-Aqsa, because the Prophet's Mosque is considered superior in virtue.
