What is required if the vow explicitly names a specific camel (like a Naqah) while the person is capable of fulfilling it with a camel?

Primary text
If one intends by the vow an Arabian camel (Badana), nothing else suffices if the camel is available, based on one ruling, because it was obligated by the explicit vow of the person. This differs from the unspecified vow, which reverts to the established legal standard where a cow substitutes for the camel. However, a possibility exists that a cow may substitute if the camel is unavailable, as the religiously prescribed Hady has an established substitute.
