What is the requirement for fulfilling a vow (Nathr) of offering a Hady (offering)?

If a person vows a Hady without specifying an item, it is obligatory to deliver it to the poor of the Haram (Sanctuary). This requirement is deduced from the unrestricted nature of the vow, which implies this destination. The evidence for this is the command in the Quran: "Hady presented at the Kaaba" (Quran 5:95).
