What is the ruling on fulfilling a vow to fast if the arrival day coincides with the days of Tashreeq?

If the arrival day coincides with the days of Tashreeq, the ruling is the same as the case where it aligns with Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, except that the fast is not performed on that day. This is without dispute in the madhhab and among scholars.
