What is the ruling regarding vows concerning specific times for worship?

If one vows worship on a specific day, fulfilling the worship on that appointed day is obligatory. This is because Allah (SWT) has designated specific times and periods for certain acts of worship, but He has not designated specific locations or places for them. Vows are judged according to their established principles in Sharia; thus, the time becomes specified through the vow, but the location does not become binding unless explicitly detailed otherwise.
