What are the consequences regarding lineage (*nasab*) and dower (*mahr*) when marriage occurs during 'Iddah?

When the marriage is void due to observance of 'Iddah, if both parties knowingly transgress, the woman receives no dower, and lineage is not established. If ignorance is present, lineage is established, and dower is obligatory, depending on which party possessed knowledge.
