Primary text
If the newly freed woman, who was not divorced definitively, is taken back by her husband during her waiting period, she has the choice to dissolve the contract after the revocation. If she chooses dissolution before consummation, there are two scholarly opinions regarding the waiting period: one view states she must start a new waiting period as a free woman; the second view states she builds upon the waiting period already observed.
