Can the husband revoke his pregnant wife during her pregnancy waiting period from the first divorce?

There are two views on whether he can revoke her while she is pregnant. One view states he cannot because she is not in his waiting period, and she is illicit for him, making her similar to a stranger or an apostate. The second view permits revocation because her waiting period stemming from him has not ended, and her current prohibition does not prevent revocation, similar to one in the state of Ihram.
