Primary text

The Iddah is terminated by the delivery of the pregnancy resulting from the coitus that established the Iddah. This applies whether the child is attributed to someone other than the deceased minor (e.g., resulting from a void contract, suspicious coitus, or fornication where paternity is not established), because Iddah is required for every act of coitus. Upon delivery, she completes the four months and ten days Iddah due to the minor, and the two Iddahs from two different men do not overlap.
