Primary text
If a legal right that requires her presence, such as an oath (*yamin*) or a corporal punishment (*hadd*), must be executed, the judge should send someone to her residence to enforce it if she is secluded (*dhat khidr*). If she is publicly accessible (*barzah*), it is permissible to summon her for the execution of the right. Upon completion, she must return to her residence.
