If she is pregnant, she cannot begin the waiting period for the second divorce until she delivers the child, as the current period is based on pregnancy. After delivery, the waiting period for the second divorce commences. If the pregnancy is legally attributed to the second marriage, she completes the waiting period for the second marriage first. Upon completion, she then begins completing the remainder of the first waiting period, at which point the first husband may revoke her as she is in his waiting period.
