Does a woman restart her Iddah if she menstruates after the Iddah calculated by months has already concluded?

Primary text
If a woman's Iddah concludes based on the count of months, and she subsequently menstruates thereafter, even momentarily, she is not required to restart the Iddah. This is because the menstruation occurred subsequent to the completion of the Iddah, similar to a woman who menstruates long after her Iddah has ended. This principle must be upheld, for if it were prohibited, women who have never menstruated could never complete an Iddah based on months.
