Primary text

If both daughters die before their father, their lineage inheritance rights regarding his estate are upheld. If the father dies after them, his estate is divided into eight shares. Each deceased daughter would have been entitled to four shares: two shares by lineage, one share for the mother's emancipator, and one share that becomes circulating due to the *Wala'a* over the sister. This circulating share results in the public treasury receiving one share (one-eighth), and the mother's emancipator receiving three shares (three-eighths).
