If the emancipator is a child, a woman, or insane, the inheritance of the freed slave belongs to the emancipator, as the emancipator is not considered among those responsible for paying the 'Aql in this specific instance, similar to cases where they commit accidental homicide, for which the 'Aql is paid by their 'Asaba.
