What is the legal status concerning Wala' (patronage rights) for the children born to a Mukatab slave who marries while under contract?

Book of Walā' (Patronage)
Primary text
When a Mukatab slave has children and is later fully freed, the judgment concerning the *Wala*' (patronage rights) of those children follows the ruling applicable to a fully enslaved person (*'Abd Qinn*). This is because the Mukatab remains legally a slave so long as any portion of the redemption price remains due.
