What is the legal status and walaa' of a child born to a slave father and a slave mother?

If the father was a slave at the time of birth and the mother was a slave, the child is a slave to the mother's master. If the master frees them, their walaa' belongs to the master who freed them, and it is never transferred from him, whether he freed them after birth or freed their mother while she was pregnant with them.
