Primary text

Coitus interruptus is permissible with a female slave without her consent. This is the position held by Ahmad, Malik, Abu Hanifa, and Al-Shafi'i. The rationale is that she has no right to intercourse or to the offspring, and therefore she cannot demand division of turns for intercourse (qism) or demand return of the dowry (fay'a). Consequently, preventing her from having a say in preventing coitus interruptus is also established.
