Is the establishment of jealousy a religious obligation?

Jealousy is incumbent upon a man. Evidence for this is found in the Prophet's statement regarding Sa'd's jealousy, indicating that Allah is more jealous than him. Furthermore, 'Ali stated that there is no good in one who is not jealous. Muhammad ibn 'Ali ibn al-Husayn stated that Abraham was extremely jealous and that every man lacking jealousy has a reversed heart.
