Can a husband prohibit his wife from drinking intoxicants?

Primary text
A husband has the right to prevent his wife from drinking intoxicants, even if she is a Dhimmi. This is because intoxication prevents marital enjoyment by removing her intellect, rendering her like a blown waterskin, and the husband cannot be secure against what she might do to him while in that state.
