What are the husband's rights regarding dividing time if he is under confinement (habs)?

If the husband is confined (habs), he may still impose a division of time among his wives by summoning each one on her designated night, and they must obey if the arrangement constitutes a dwelling suitable for them. If it does not constitute a suitable dwelling, they are not obligated to comply because it imposes harm upon them. If they obey, he is not permitted to neglect fairness between them or selectively summon some over others, similar to situations outside confinement.
