Is it permissible to discuss details of sexual relations with one's spouse to others?

One must not speak about what occurred between him and his spouse. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, addressed men and women separately, asking if they disclosed their private matters. When informed that this occurs, he stated: 'Do not do so, for the likeness of that is only that of a male devil meeting a female devil and copulating while people are watching.' A similar narration is reported by Abu Dawud from Abu Hurayrah.
