Does the sale of a female slave (*amah*) contracted in marriage dissolve the marriage contract?

The master of the slave woman is permitted to sell her. Evidence for this is the Prophet's permission granted to Aisha to purchase Barirah, who was already married. The marriage contract is not nullified by this sale, as demonstrated by the fact that the sale of Barirah did not invalidate her existing marriage.
