Does sexual intercourse with one's wife in the anus establish the status of being married and having completed sexual intercourse (*ihsan*)?

Primary text
Intercourse with one's wife in the anus does not establish the status of *ihsan* (which entails stoning for adultery). *Ihsan* is only established through complete intercourse. Furthermore, this act does not effect the 're-sanctification' (*ihlal*) for the first husband, nor does it resolve the issue of impotence (*innah*) for the husband, because in these matters, the right of the woman is intercourse in the front passage. Likewise, this act does not nullify the validity of accepting a woman's silence as consent in marriage, as her original virginity remains intact.
