Is a Dhimmi to be executed for killing a Harbi (belligerent non-Muslim)?

The execution of a Dhimmi for killing a Harbi is prohibited, and there is no known disagreement on this ruling. The basis for this is that the Harbi is deemed lawful to kill absolutely, akin to a pig. Consequently, neither blood money (diyah) nor expiation (kaffarah) is required for this killing.
