What is the legal status of the apostate (Murtad) regarding compensation for his life?

The apostate's life is considered lawful to kill, making him similar to the Harbi in this regard. Furthermore, that which a Muslim is not liable for (in terms of compensation for killing), a Dhimmi is also not liable for, which applies to the Harbi.
