If the perpetrator amputates the victim's entire ear, and Qisas is carried out upon the perpetrator, the victim has no right to demand the removal of the perpetrator's reattached ear, because the initial act of amputation has been satisfied through the execution of Qisas, leaving no prior right remaining for the victim.
