Is retribution (Qisas) obligatory if a master-in-contract (Mukatab) kills one of his parents?

Retribution is not obligatory if a Mukatab kills one of his parents. This is because a parent is not killed for killing his child, and consequently, the child does not have the right of retribution against his father.
