What are the rights of the guardian of a man killed by three perpetrators who inflicted separate, non-fatal injuries before the victim died from the collective injuries?

Book of Wounds
Primary text
If three individuals participate in killing a man, one severing a hand, another a leg, and the third causing an *Iwdah* wound (a wound that exposes the bone), and the victim subsequently dies, the guardian (*Wali*) has the right to kill all three perpetrators. Alternatively, the guardian may commute the death penalty for all three to the full blood money (*Diyya*), taking one-third of the *Diyya* from each. The guardian may also pardon one perpetrator entirely, taking one-third of the *Diyya* from the other two, or pardon two, taking two-thirds of the *Diyya* from the remaining one. The basis for this division stems from the shared responsibility in causing the death.
