What is the ruling if a Dhimmi severs both hands of a Muslim, Qisas is taken for both hands, and the Muslim's heir subsequently accepts monetary compensation (Arsh) instead of demanding the Dhimmi's life?

Primary text
If the Dhimmi severed both hands and Qisas was enacted, the subsequent decision on monetary compensation depends on the valuation method used for the hands. If the valuation is based on the worth of the Dhimmi, the heir receives half the Diyya. However, if the valuation is based on the worth of the Muslim's severed hands, the heir receives nothing because the full Diyya for both hands has already been satisfied by the Qisas taken.
