What is the ruling on executing a subsequent injury when the original injury was pardoned?

If the first person amputated the hand, and the victim's guardian pardoned the act, the remaining liability is half the blood money. Regarding the second amputator who cut the limb above the first cut: if the first amputation was at the elbow and the second at the forearm, and the guardian pardons the second act, the guardian receives full blood money except for the value determined by assessment (hukūmah) for the forearm.
