An original tooth cannot be taken in retaliation for a supernumerary tooth, nor a supernumerary tooth for an original tooth. Furthermore, a supernumerary tooth cannot be taken for another supernumerary tooth if it is not in the proper location, based upon the established principle regarding correspondence in form and placement.
