Is the claim of the wealth owner regarding Zakat payment on mixed assets accepted without an oath?

If the owner of the wealth claims to know the extent of the impurity, or claims to have paid an excess amount to ensure the Zakat obligation is met, the claim is accepted from him without requiring an oath.
