How are flowing minerals (*al-ma'adin al-jariyah*) acquired?

Flowing minerals are permissible (*mubahah*) for everyone under all circumstances. However, it is disliked (*yukrah*) for someone to enter the property of another to access them without the owner's permission. Some narrations suggest they are also acquired through the ownership of the land they are in, considering them to be part of the land's growth and accessories, thus belonging to the landowner, similar to the branches and fruits of owned trees.
