Primary text

It is permissible for the capital provider to accept an older animal (*musinnah*) in place of a younger one (*tabi'*), or two younger animals in place of one older one, or to hand over an animal older than the one specified in the agreement. No compensation (*jubran*) is necessitated in such cases, consistent with the ruling established concerning the Zakat of camels.
