Is it permissible to give Zakat al-Fitr using baked bread (khubz), Harisa, or Kabula?

It is not permissible to give Zakat al-Fitr using baked bread, Harisa, or Kabula. This is because these items contain components other than the pure grain matter and have exited the state of being measurable by volume (Kayl) and storable.
