Is it permissible for the owner to voluntarily pay better quality Zakat than required?

If the owner voluntarily offers better quality wealth than what is strictly required, it is permissible, and the owner receives the reward for this virtuous act, similar to the ruling concerning voluntary superior payment for livestock Zakat.
