Is it permissible to substitute a *Haqqah* for an *Ibn Labūn*, or a *Jadh'ah* for a *Haqqah* when the prescribed animal is unavailable?

Primary text
It is not permissible to render a *Haqqah* for an *Ibn Labūn*, nor a *Jadh'ah* for a *Haqqah*, because the prescribed animals are absent. If the prescribed animal is absent, substitution with a higher-aged animal is not permitted.
Supporting text
Al-Qadi and Ibn Aqil state that such substitution is permissible in the absence of the prescribed lower age, as the higher age is superior, implying validity through connotation. This reasoning is rejected because there is no explicit text supporting this. The analogy to substituting *Ibn Labūn* for *Bint Mukhāḍ* is flawed because the *Ibn Labūn*'s increased age provides distinct physical advantages not shared by the *Haqqah* over the *Bint Labūn*. Therefore, the explicit mention of one substitution (*Ibn Labūn* for *Bint Mukhāḍ*) implies the exclusion of the others.
